If you request any  samples or purchase from our store we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number  and email address.

Regarding sample requests we will keep a copy of the samples requested along with your name ,address, telephone number and if appropriate email address. This information will be stored in a file in a locked secure cabinet

If you purchase via the telephone we will keep your name, address and telephone number, this will be stored in a cardex in a locked  secure cabinet, any credit card details are destroyed once the transaction process has been completed via the credit card terminal.

If you purchase from the website we will store this information on the Fine Fabrics  Computer for up to 48 hours after your order is processed, then it will be deleted, this device is password protected.  We have no access to any credit card details all transactions are processed via paypal and our service provider. Our service provider Create  will keep a record of your purchase in case of any future queries and to comply with regulatory accounting standards.

When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

If you contact us with a query via email your address may be added to our contacts list. We will only use this email address to respond to your query.

When you provide us with personal information to request a sample, make a purchase,  book a class, verify your credit card, arrange collection or return, we imply that you have consented to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
