Viscose is made from wood-pulp, this fibre has a twill weave which is soft and absorbent easy to handle and sew. The colours in ths design are muted and earthy a background of mushroom with coffee, cumin and eucalyptus used inthe design suitable for autumnal palette though if used in a skirt then could be used for all seasons. The weight of this fabric gives the fabric a good drape suitable for garments with fullness, pleats or gathers.
Please wash before cutting out, iron whilst slightly damp
Sew with a regular needle 75/10, 80/11 on a medium stitch length 2.5mm. Interfacing should be lightweight such as Vlieseline H180. Tip...let the fabric feed naturally. Topstitching helps flatten the seams. Topstitch close to the finished edge, lengthen stitch to 3.5mm. Hem using a double turn.
