Black Pure Wool Crepe, BW0061

Wool crepe is a twisted weave fabric which has a textured appearance resistant to wrinkling and creasing. It is very flattering on the body draping well, suitable for almost any pattern,  soft jackets, full circle skirts, semi fitted dresses, a-line skirts and trousers.

Please steam before cutting out, or handwash. Sew with a universal needle 80/12, stitch length 2.5 and standard foot on the machine. Tip...when pressing the seams open put a piece of paper between the seam fabric and the the main body of the fabric to prevent shadowing. Use cotton lawn for facings,pockets and underlinnings. 

 The perfect interfacing for this fabric is G785 which is soft and lightweight with flexibility ensuring that the drape and feel of the fabric is not compromised. Iron on dry.
